Regular Sunday evenings at Southampton Energy Centre - upcoming dates 26th October, 23rd November and 7th December 2025.

My friends Jez and Sarah Seymour opened the centre in March 2024, and we were inspired to start holding meditation groups from the start. It's been fascinating seeing this high frequency space evolve over the months, and they now have the biggest system in England, with 48 TLS (The Light System) screens.

I lead you on a multidimensional quantum journey - which I create fresh each time according to my guidance. With my QHHT background I have found that working in a group to lead everyone into a deeply relaxed state together (Theta brainwave) has very interesting results. There is often a group theme which emerges, or a common experience, and invariably shifts and insights occur. At Southampton Energy Centre the frequencies are very strong and you may well 'go to sleep', which I understand to be the conscious mind getting out of the way so that the higher self can get to work!

We often have some sound accompaniment during these evenings, and also join with the daily worldwide peace meditation initiated by Pam Gregory, for fifteen silent minutes from 7 to 7.15pm.
