I've been on my self-development and, I now realise, ascension path for many years, avidly reading and attending workshops on health, healing and spirituality since the early 1990’s.

In 2003-4 I took a course with Barbara Wren in nutritional medicine and naturopathy at The College of Natural Nutrition -  which blew my mind! I knew then that I would eventually work in the field of natural health.

In 2006 I began training as a healer with Anne Jones, an energy healer and author who runs amazing workshops and courses. I have completed her four stages of Healing Heart and Soul.

In 2007 I qualified as a Practioner of EFT, with Levels 1 & 2, and in 2008 I completed the Reconnective Healing Practitioner programme, again with a qualification at Levels 1 & 2. In 2009 I achieved practitioner Level 3: The Reconnection. This is an extremely powerful one-off procedure, performed over two days, which re-aligns you with your soul path so that you can become clearer of your life purpose. I enjoyed working with both of these modalities, and learned and understood more via my experiences with clients.

Then in 2011 synchronicity brought Dolores Cannon to nearby Bournemouth for an evening talk! I'd long been interested in Past Life Regression, so that was it - I had to attend her Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) training - and I'm delighted to offer sessions in this incredible method of healing whilst in the Theta brainwave state. I was very lucky to develop these skills further with Dolores in 2014 when she was back in the UK, shortly before she died. I find that the high-frequency vibratory healing which I 'learned' (or remembered) with Reconnective Healing comes through automatically when I am with a client for QHHT.

In 2018 I participated in Mary Rodwell's fascinating MISTS training - Multidimensional Information from the Superconscious Trance State, which complements my work very well.

Since 2008 I've enjoyed running groups in Southampton and further afield, particularly co-creating with fellow light workers for ascension gatherings.

I offer sessions in the Southampton and New Forest area, and also in Glastonbury and Wells.
