    Quantum Healing & Meditation Evenings at Southampton Energy Centre

    Regular Sunday evenings at Southampton Energy Centre - upcoming dates 26th October, 23rd November and 7th December 2025.

    My friends Jez and Sarah Seymour opened the centre in March 2024, and we were inspired to start holding meditation groups from the start. It's been fascinating seeing this high frequency space evolve over the months, and they now have the biggest system in England, with 48 TLS (The Light System) screens.

    Our next gathering will be our Autumn Light Circle on Sunday 30th November - a time to come together as light beings with human bodies, in a group experience of collaboration and love. There's a mix of led meditation and journeying, collaborative light work, with sharing, discussion and tea drinking!
