She will gently guide you into a Theta brainwave state, which is the realm of potentiality and healing - where we access the higher wisdom of our Soul selves. In this deeply relaxed state, you can enter the reality of a ‘past’ or ‘parallel’ life, see and feel yourself there physically, and experience the emotions and dynamics of that lifetime.

This enables your Soul to show you any trauma or patterns which may be affecting your current lifetime, and brings space and energy for you to resolve these patterns and heal. Your higher self will take you to the most appropriate lifetime or experience for you to address any imbalance or discord which you have brought into this current lifetime. Physical healing is often relevant, and can often be accessed simply by re-experiencing how the issue originated.

We can also access the wisdom of your higher self to show you the way forward at this important time on planet Earth - how you are getting on with your life purpose, and how to progress with it easily and smoothly.
